If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your naturesense.co purchase you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by naturesense.co unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
Returning or Exchanging a Product
Please note that items purchased from naturesense.co must be returned to naturesense.co.
- Simply complete the Return Section located at the bottom front of your invoice with the information requested. You may keep the top section of the invoice for your records.
- Package the items to be returned or exchanged in the original packaging (if possible) and enclose the completed Return Section. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please ensure the return package is postmarked within 7 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the invoice.

Note: Please send your return via an insured shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
